Environment

	We are well acquainted with the ominous sense of urgency for all things environmental. We enthusiastically embrace opportunities to work on projects with an ecological penchant, out of respect for life and for future generations.
		Greenspill Greenspill is our way of changing the world. Not by hammering on walls or shattering social structures, but by “going green”, individually and collectively. 	Canadian Global Change Program Royal Society of Canada, 1992 Pentafolio had the privilege of developing the graphic design for this 20-page publication, in French and in English, as well as a display booth based on the same theme.
		Energy Alternatives House of Commons — Special Committee on Alternative Energy and Oil Substitution, 1981 “Les Illustrateurs de l’Outaouais”, Pentafolio's precursor, created all of the illustrations and graphs for this 262-page report. Many of the report’s predictions were quite accurate.
	Observer’s Manual Seeds of Diversity / Pollination Canada, 2007 Pentafolio assumed the graphic design of this 26-page manual, in French and in English. The manual, produced for the general public, presents a method by which to observe pollinating insects, so the focus of the design was to present information and forms in a user-friendly fashion. 		Graphic Design Service Canadian Organic Growers – Ottawa Chapter, 2005– Pentafolio is a proud partner of this organization dedicated to the promotion of organic agriculture. We have been doing page makeup for the members' newletter since 2005. In 2006 and 2007, we also played a large role in the promotion of a regional event for organic agriculture called Feast of Fields. View the Feast of Fields 2007 program in PDF
	Covenant Farm That’s us, too. Not satisfied with talking about the environment and eating organic food, we are also vegetable growers and beekeepers on our small family farm in Eastern Ontario.
